As a leading local IT service firm, Swift Systems, Inc. realized that connecting with an audience on social media would be a great way to increase their brand’s digital presence and engage with potential customers. They weren’t sure, though, how that would look in practicality, and they weren’t sure what content they could produce that would be fitting for a social platform. Based on research into their target demographics, New North created and managed two channels, and optimized content for each to engage their respective audiences. The results were a 43.8% increase in traffic, along with a 15% increase in likes per channel.
