The Problem

Swift Systems is a leading IT managed service provider across the Maryland area. As a service company, they knew that having a blog would give them a chance to clearly communicate the value of their offering. Not only would it help to nurture prospective customers through the sales funnel, though – they knew that a blog would also help them from an SEO standpoint. That’s where New North came in.

The Solution

New North worked with Swift Systems to develop and implement a content creation plan that was carried out over the course of a twelve-month period. The plan was geared around producing blog content, specifically, around a variety of topics that prospective customers would be interested in. New North worked with Swift to choose topics that communicated the unique value of Swift’s MSP offering, and offered insight into their deep IT expertise. Using a cadence of three articles a month, the strategy worked to increase session time by 30.2%, and pages per visit by 3.35.
