As a leader in media training services, The Ammerman Experience was working with New North to produce engaging content that would establish the company as a thought leader in the industry. While the approach was generating engagement, the firm’s website was not optimized to put that engagement and traffic to use. There were limited points where a conversion could take place, which was hurting Ammerman’s overall conversion rates.
New North worked with Ammerman to design additional CTAs and conversion points. This included the production of ebooks and downloadable content, which were gated to provide opportunities for conversion. New North also introduced conversion points at other valuable pieces of content. The approach was integrated into Ammerman’s social strategy, as ebooks and content were promoted on multiple platforms. The results were a dramatic increase in users, pages per session, and conversion rate.
