A leader in life annuities needed a marketing automation solution that would combine both email and phone based communication for a complete lead generation and nurture program. The goal was to have leads generated on the site, and then nurtured and delivered to insurance agents who would close the deal in person.
We started with a process map that allowed us to organize the 80+ communication touch points with the proper timings and flows. From this chart we were able to build out the entire automation process using HubSpot for delivery and Salesforce as the CRM. This integration was critical for the sales process and tracking of the leads in the nurture process. We utilized our email marketing and marketing automation services to create the dynamic communication pattern for the leads, as well as some consulting to deliver the integration and lead scoring.
