The Problem

Local remodeler needed an updated website to compete with the overall market. The company had completed some very nice work, yet they felt the website was holding them back to acquire new work. The current site did not have up-to-date case studies and photos that reflected the current level of quality.

Additionally, the old site did not have a content management system, so the client was unable to manage update on their own, which created very outdated content and images.

The Solution

We started by updating the underlying technology to the WordPress CMS system. From there we employed a new brand design focusing on high quality photos and content that would help with SEO purposes. During this time, the client also condensed and focused their services to better reflect the needs of the market. The overall approach included a major focus on SEO and posting of content to help with relevant searches by potential customers. Lastly, we integrated four new call-to-actions that help drive user submissions and lead generation. This greatly increased the time on site, and engagement from the visitors.

New North helped us understand our product from the consumer view point and put that into an engaging presentation.
