The Problem

JobTraq is an innovative software solution for lean BPM, task, and workflow management. The software solution was meeting consumer needs in a cutting-edge way, but the website was lagging slightly behind. It featured outdated aesthetic design and messaging that wasn’t optimized for the user experience, and it didn’t communicate the product’s benefits as well as it could have. While it didn’t necessarily need to be rebuilt from the ground up, the website certainly would benefit from some freshening up. That’s where New North came in.

The Solution

New North worked to update the aesthetic components, messaging, and CTA structure of the JobTraq website to make sure that it was representative of the software’s cutting edge solution. This involved updating the style of several subpage templates, designing new button styles for CTAs, and refining the user experience. The results were a substantial increase in CTA page views, overall page views, and a reduction in user bounce rate.
